Our team has extensive experience in conducting telephone surveys across various industry verticals among consumer and businesses across the world. Our interviewers are fluent in over 20+ languages (a mix of local and foreign).
Telephone research method is a widely used tool and forms part of many market research surveys. Comparatively low cost and relatively high response rate makes telephone interviewing an efficient and cost effective methodology. We offer this service though our in-house CATI (Computer Aided Telephone Interviewing) centre.

Our CATI centre is managed by a director, who comes with over 15 years' experience in this area. The centre has 80 stations and has been set-up with state of the art software to allow our telephone survey projects to be integrated with other forms of data capture - including CAPI and online surveys. The software allows us to track completed interviews real-time to ensure effective and timely quota management. This allows us to provide live results to our clients as interviews are completed.

Interviews are conducted by experienced interviewers who have conducted thousands of market research interviews across various industry verticals among consumers and businesses.
